The first digit (in this example 8) is the time slot in which the game starts. · 1 Friday afternoon (2-6 p.m.) · 2 Friday evening (7-11 p.m.) · 3 Saturday morning (9-1 p.m.) · 4 Saturday afternoon (2-6 p.m.) · 5 Saturday evening (7-11 p.m.) · 6 Sunday morning (9-1 p.m.) · 7 Sunday afternoon (2-6 p.m.) · 8 Sunday evening (7-11 p.m.) 3. The next two digits (in this example 72) are a game code used to identify the event. If the same game runs in several time slots, it will be given the same game code in each slot. (If it is a short game that runs several times in the same time-slot, each running has a different game code.) 4. The second letter indicates the type of prize being offered (in this example C): · C for certificate · T for trophy · N for none (the game is a demonstration) · X means the event is a multi-stage tournament and the prize is awarded only after all the stages are completed. · Events listed in RED have been cancelled. · Events listed in GREEN are recent additions or events that have been moved or modified. · Events listed in BLUE are FULL or otherwise NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION
LEVEL indicates the level of play: · Beginner: No knowledge of rules or genre necessary · Intermediate: Some knowledge of rules an advantage; familiarity with genre necessary · Advanced: Players must know the basic rules of the game
TITLE indicates the game title (duh) and the table code in parentheses (that’s a bracket, eh?).
DESCRIPTION indicates the game’s rules system or name, the GM’s name, number of players, a brief description of the event, and the end time. The GM’s club affiliation and any prize support is also be indicated, if applicable.
AGAIN indicates by a Y or N if an event will run multiple times during the convention.
Most games run for 4 hours, but games can be shorter or longer. Some games are part of larger tournaments running in several gaming slots. When the schedule is published, please ensure that the games you choose do not overlap.
