CanGames provides opportunities to find all sorts of games, gaming accessories and related items. It is also a great place to sell gaming paraphernalia you no longer use...to get some dough to buy new gaming paraphernalia (you know it’s true)!

 

Our vendors are hardworking, local community businesses who love gaming as much as you do. By spending your money with these guys you help to keep the gaming community in Ottawa vibrant, strong and full of great new games that the big box stores won’t carry. You might even meet the next Gary Gygax here…

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

 

 

 

THE CANGAMES BOOTH
A great place to let go of gaming paraphernalia you no longer use or to find rare and unusual items.

To buy items:
It's easy, just visit the booth during Marketplace hours and buy what you like.

 

To sell items:
(1) Get a form for each item you wish to sell. You can purchase them on-site for $1 each.
(2) Drop off items at the Command Centre's Service Desk. Items received on Friday will be at the booth by Saturday and items received on Saturday will be at the booth by Sunday.
(3) Cash-out - cash envelopes and unsold items from Saturday will be at the Command Centre Sunday morning and Sunday's cash-out will be available at 7PM. The convention will retain 10% of the selling price.

Our souvenir list will be made available  in February.

TOYS ON FIRE
Phu, Grayson, Chris, Dave, Jay, Steve, Alex, Dang and Tina are the flora and fauna at Toys on Fire. You have to decide who’s the flora and who’s the fauna. They bring oh-so-good collectables/games to Ottawa year-round and every year Alex brings their very best out to CanGames. Come on...you know you want some!

 

 

FIVE ARROWS FIGURES AND FINE ART

A big treat for miniatures gamers. WW II and Korean War pieces from Reiver Castings.  Have a special figure you want painted right? This is the team to see.

 

 

DREAM POD 9

DP9 is the publisher of Heavy Gear, Jovian Chronicles, Tribe 8 and Gear Krieg universes, which are the backdrops for a variety of role-playing games, wargames, scale models and miniatures.

 

 

 

FOOL’S MOON ENTERTAINMENT

Fool’s Moon publishes the Grimoire series—an RPG Medieval/European style fantasy setting, and the Mhâr Core Rulebooks. Add some new detail to your current campaign, or try some adventuring in the world of Mhâr.

All the way from HogTown to ByTown we welcome Crossed Swords back for another year, bringing us Historical & Fantasy Miniatures, Ships, Buildings and Supplies.

 

 

THE COMIC BOOK SHOPPE

Are you a Manga maniac? An Anime animal? Gotta get the latest Buffy graphic novel? This is the place. There’s busts busting out all over (and some of them are certainly busty!), fabulous statues, terrific action figures….Oh yeah, we have awesome gaming stuff too.

 

 

WIZARD’S TOWER

The Wizard’s Tower hosts a variety of collectable card games and other events on a regular schedule. Check the web site for more information.
