CanGames will not accept pre-registrations until and will no longer accept them after . Registration at the door will begin at noon, the Friday of the event. We will post a registration form here when it is available.
If you have attended CanGames in the last 3 years, and have kept in touch, you will most likely receive a postcard by mail.
Single pass
Family pass: CanGames' families benefit from a 30% discount on the cost of their passes. This is a group of up to 2 adults and up to 3 children (between 12 and 18) belonging to the same immediate family. If you register as a family, please include one registration form per member to ensure we have all of your names and that we place the correct family member in their selected game.
Group registration: A group rate is available for 10 people or more at a 10% discount on the weekend pass. All registration forms must arrive together with full payment from all members. A cover sheet must state the name of the group and the name of the main representative. One refund cheque will be issued to the group's representative when you arrive at CanGames.
Visitors are welcome to enter the convention site and look around and visit our merchants without having to pay an entrance fee.

Some popular games may fill up early. To ensure you get into the games you really want, list them on your registration form. This costs $2.50 per game (vs $3.00 per game voucher at the con) and is the surest way to reserve a spot in a game of your choice. You may reserve a spot in up to 6 games (indicate two alternates for each one). If your first choice is not available, you will be booked in one of your alternate choices. YOU are responsible for ensuring your selections and alternates do not conflict.
In February the CanGames committee will start posting the preliminary games schedule so our attendees can pre-register for the games convention and ensure a spot in their favorite games.

At the convention, you can purchase a Game Tokens for $3.00 from the Cash Desk. This Token can be redeemed at the Tournament Desk, permitting you to sign up for any game that is not yet full before the sign-up sheet is out in the open. Game Tokens cannot be refunded but do carry over to following years.
At the convention, one half-hour before the games start, sign-up sheets are put out at the Tournament Desk. You can sign up as a player or alternate on any game at no cost.
